3. Are you certified by a recognized authority?

YES. Both owners each have been certified by two separate and well accredited companies: Phil Acklands and I.K.E.C.A as well as our service staff.

4. Are you licensed, Insured, and have WCB coverage?

YES. We are licensed through the City of Calgary. We carry 5 million dollars in comprehensive liability insurance coverage. (Most companies only carry the minimum 2 million dollars) Our W.C.B. is kept up to date and current with no claims against it!

5. Will you provide a written legal Contract?

YES. We provide 1,3, and 5 year contracts to all of our customers. The advantage to the customer is a legal written agreement explaining all the work which is to be preformed. So that there is no misconception so that the customer does not need to “Guess” if the complete and entire system is being cleaned.

6. Do you provide before and after photos?

YES. All jobs are visually documented and are available for customer review if they request!
